How Do I Support?
Support
Friends of Public Radio Arizona, exists to ensure the future vitality and excellence of KJZZ 91.5 and KBAQ 89.5 and works to support and assist these stations in providing a valuable broadcast service to the community.
Because the stations are licensed from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Maricopa County Community College District, all contributions made directly to KJZZ 91.5 or KBAQ 89.5 are tax-deductible. FPRAZ encourages individual membership to each station and suggests the new membership gift level of $35 which is often referenced during the station pledge drives. You may become an individual member of KJZZ here or KBAQ here. If you would like information on Corporate Matching Gifts, please click here.
We also understand that some gifts need to be made directly to an organization that the IRS has determined charitable and classified as a 501(c)(3). This is the case for Friends of Public Radio Arizona and its purpose for existing. In addition, FPRAZ accepts donations of stock and real property as well as restricted contributions for specific projects, like KJZZ's Teen Radio Project and Wavelength and administer these projects.
If you would like to contribute or find out more information about current projects or a specific projects we're currently working on with a restricted gift or support through a non-cash manner, please click on the appropriate link below.
